You've just been redirected to my new website : Body-mind.co.uk! There are two sections to this new website :
  1. craniosacral.body-mind.co.uk replaces the old Hummingbird-One.co.uk website, and relates to face-to-face work in my Clinics in Norwich and Wymondham (Norfolk, UK). After almost 20 years I am still working at the Complementary Health Care clinic on Exchange Street, Norwich. See my contact webpage for phone numbers and clinic addresses.
  2. Body-mind.co.uk is related to workshops and one-to-one treatments around the topic of trauma and resilience. I carry out face-to face treatment sessions in real reality or virtual (e.g. Zoom/skype) reality; and run workshops - which can equally be physical rooms or online.
