  • Embodiment: the art of being fully alive and fully present in the senses and the physical body
  • Wellness as a fundamental principle for life (an argument against focussing on dis-ease)
  • Resilience
  • Positive Body Awareness (PBA)
  • Polyvagal Theory
  • Love, Gratitude & Appreciation
  • Walking Lightly (a look at how a aligned engagement with the Earth through the legs and feet affects the whole Body-Mind)
  • Boundaries: the ability to both maintain personal space and to interrelate easily
  • Nature: All of the above affects to how we relate to the Natural world - and vice versa. Embodiment, Love and how we physically allow the Earth to support us is also about the quality of connection to the Life of which we are a part.
